How long will it take to receive my package?

Pre-order items will ship roughly 2-3 weeks from the end date specified in the product description. This can sometimes take longer due to print shop schedules/holidays.

All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, usually less. Orders placed Friday evenings will typically ship the following Monday.

Most domestic orders are delivered within a week. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

If your order contains pre-order and in stock items, your order will ship when all items are on-hand.

Please place separate orders if you need the in stock item sooner.

My tracking number hasn't updated, what's going on?

Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to be scanned by the carrier.

If there is no movement after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please send an email to orders@killyourgod.net.

I never received my package, what do I do now?

Kill Your God™ accepts no liability in issues with the United States Postal Service.

All domestic delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped.

You may contact them at 1-(800)-275-8777.

If you have contacted USPS already and you aren't getting the support you need, I will try my best to reach a resolution.

If your order was shipped USPS First Class, the order has no insurance and the order will not be reimbursed.

If your order was shipped USPS Priority, a claim can be initiated for reimbursement.

Once the claim has been investigated and deemed lost by USPS, a refund will be issued to the purchaser (minus shipping).

Can I return/exchange my order?

Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of most products, all sales are final.

However, if you cancel before a pre-order window closes, and the final count is submitted, you may cancel your order.

If you ordered the wrong size and the correct size is in stock, your order may be exchanged.

If Kill Your God™ is not at fault for an incorrect size, the purchaser must cover return shipping.
